This is derived from the military type; high intensity circuit style training that is geared to all fitness levels. Each class focuses on the entire body using various apparatuses.

Run Coaching: Price Varies

I am a certified distance run coach, and can help you by designing an individual running plan. I will be assessing biomechanics, running gait, breathing and other areas while making corrections and adjustments as needed to help you become a better runner.

Virtual Training: $45 per month

This is designed for those who do not have access to a trainer, the program is designed to provide the user with a fitness regimen that can be used nationally and internationally. All clients have programs designed specifically for them based on their fitness levels and assessments.

I will evaluate your current eating habits to find if this is contributing to or hindering a healthy lifestyle, and provide guidelines and recommendations on the caloric and macro nutrient intake needed for proper nutrition to facilitate a healthier lifestyle.

BodyComposition Analysis: $30

I assess your body via measurements to determine the amount of bodyfat that you have relative to lean muscle. Circumference measurements work in conjunction with the Bodyfat analysis measuring different parts of the body to provide additional information on fat and weight loss. I also make recommendations on healthy levels of bodyfat with recommendations on how to achieve a desired and healthy body fat.

TRX Bodyweight Suspension Training: $12 per class

This is a workout that uses a person’s own body weight and suspensions that will allow the client to strengthen different parts of the body. This develops muscles and core strength.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT: $12 per class

Whether at home or in the gym, BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Les Mills CXWORX: $8 per class

Exercising muscles around the core,CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
